Yo, despite hate, stating my mind-state on society
Based on the lies that rely on just what lying be,
Lies to the left of me,
can't stand the testament,
To the extent of ghostin witnesses in residents,
Rubbing out the fingerprints, is the specialties of parliament,
The real truth, confession booths are leaving all the hints,
Lord, I repent for the sins Senate commits,
The clock hits,
but I resist the pit of fellowship,
I lay my head in the same community that makes me sick,
Take head,
it's the same greed that makes us tick,
I sit in disgust, what this country brings to the table,
The fable of stable lives,
told while still prenatal
Disillusioned labels that pursue pleasure in all things,
Hate that holds gate to the blessings that God brings,
We bathe in bondage, in worship of iron rule,
The wise are stoned at the feet of revered fools,
Adhered rules,
religion, tradition is a tragedy,
Deceiving the minds of dazed heathens, imagine the,
Consequence we reap for our past transgressions,
Our prized possession,
prostituted for empty obsession,
Pocketed gold to quiet the souls of the oppression,
Becon the character of these statements and receive the real lesson

“What are the things that we American Christians value in our culture," Webb asks.
"And how is that different, and often ‘upside down’ from true Kingdom values?
I’ve found that often success looks more like failure, riches more like poverty,
and have found that real life often feels more like death,
as the Christian life is very literally the process by which we are killed.”

She sat up glowing and Jesus looking intently in her eyes.
They both just looked at each other and then He looked away.
Without words I knew it was Song of Solomon 6:5.
"turn your eyes from me; they overhwhelm me".

this picture came to me as i watched Lauren with arms outstretched in worship...

Pick her up
arms outstretched
longing for your embrace
she sees you
she reaches for you
like a child for her Father
no shame
pick her up
fill the embrace with You
Your prescence fill the voids
as she lays her head upon Your breast
take her
into You
arms clasped around your neck
this embrace
changes all

oh to wait,
oh to see,
oh to laugh,
oh to just be.
i come broken in my bitterness,
i come lost in all my understanding,
i come only to find your lovely face smiling
just for me
