im realizing how amazing a true friendship is
one in which you can be vulnerable
have you ever had a friendship were just sitting in silence is not weird?
where you dont feel the need to entertain one another?
or you dont have to strive to please or impress the other ?
where you can just be
where the is unity but not conformity
where grace and love abounds
as with insecurities , brokeness and fears
but there is room for honesty
and the truth is always more welcome than deception .

...revelation
i was talking to my friend lauren , about how we as christians are so religious and there is such a spirit of religiosity that kills the love that God has for us as children of GOd. We put so many rules and laws upon ourselves , striving to meet some sort of standard , so feel "rightoues" , to try to please or impress God. When he is not asking us to do most of the things we do.
here is a quote from a sermon that she heard. THis brought so much freedom to me.. think about it....

"a guy was preaching about how there are so many people dying every day and going to hell and we dont even give a shit. then he said "and the sad thing is- you are more upset about me saying shit then about those people dying and going to hell"

If you have an addictive personality or are a college student with loads of free time
stay away from these places:
1. the facebook
2. xanga websites
3. blogs
4. friendster
5. my space

it will save you a minium of 5-6 hours a week. for real :)

it may have been said before.
But how one can not believe in Godwhen watching the suns' parting gift disappear
underneath the coming night?
I truly believe that the very nature of nature cries out to us.
The sad thing is many of us choose to be blind to the simple joys of life ,
of HIs masterstroke of Genius.
The very stones cry out to us of the eternal Glory of a divine creator.
